"description": "**Self-Pleasure for Cock Owners.**\n\n**Tues 8th December **\n\n7-9.30pm, online\n\nA devotional time to be yourself, your body and your own creative, sexual energy.\n\nWhether its to recharge, kick-start or to learn something new, lets make self-touch a celebration of yourself. \n\nWhen we learn to enjoy the sensations in our our body, we become less dependant on outside stimulus for arousal.\n\nWhen we meet our cock without expectation we can break our limiting habitual patterns of self-touch. Through this self-touch practice and new practical touch techniques we can instead find something refreshing, comforting, sensual, nourishing, pleasurable, soft, exciting, arousing…whatever you need in the moment., when we’re not trying to push the body in any particular direction.\n\nParticularly helpful if we find we’re depend onto outside stimulus (porn / our partners pleasure etc) to create arousal and excitement. Instead let’s tune into the sensations that arise from within our bodies, from a para-sympathetic approach to pleasure.\n\nI will lead us through a meditation of self-connection allowing us to drop into a deeper space for feeling sensation and relaxing into arousal.\n\nI will be teaching cock touch techniques for you to try during your practice.\n\nThen I will be guiding you with suggestions at how we can be with our body in a way lead by curiosity, sensation and exploration, not goal.\n\nBut ultimately this is a time to give yourself permission to be with your body as a landscape to be explored in a new way.\n\nIf you’ve opened up your own pathways to pleasure and let curiosity lead you then you’ll be more likely to be able to fully receive, ask for what you want and build your own arousal without depending on another to satisfy us.\n\n Long gone are the days where we hand over our pleasure to others expecting them to magically meet our needs.\n\nWhen we can self-resource ourselves through our own touch it has a very tangible affect on all other aspects of our life\n\n \n\nThis course is for cock owners who wish to:\n\n- Create new habits of touch.\n- Step away from limiting ways of masturbation.\n- Self-regulate during pleasure to enhance sensation and last longer in pleasure.\n- Learn new skills and techniques for pleasure and pleasuring.\n- Open up to a wider orgasmic range.\n- Experience pleasure in soft cock aswell / instead of erection.\n- Step away from thepressure of the goal orientated / orgasm focus in sex.\n- Let go of any shame, guilt or fear around our pleasure.\n- Be less dependant on porn or outsdie stimulus for arousal.\n- Experience a guided practice.\n\n \n\n**T&Cs: **\n\nPlease be aware tickets are non-refundable or transferable. \n\nI always get alot of requests for refunds or transfers. This would make my events unsustainable so I have a hard boundary around this.\n\n \n\nMuch love\n\nJem\n\nwww.jemayres.co.uk",
