"description": "The _heart circle_ is a space to slow down, breathe, and be together. \nHere we listen, to ourselves, to each other, and to the more-than-human world we’re part of.\n\nIn these times of uncertainty, we’ll gather our stories, questions, joys, and grief, holding them with care. We’ll use simple practices from meditation, somatics, and shared inquiry to help us drop into a deeper connection, with our own bodies, with community, and with the earth beneath our feet.\n\nCo-facilitated by Ariyanandā from Open Ground and Michel from Social Landscapes, the circle is a place where stillness and play can meet, and where new ways of relating to the world can quietly take root.\n\nSessions are held online and in person in London, and are **funded by the National Lottery Community Fund**. \n \nYou are welcome to attend multiple of our heart circles. While they all follow a similar format, they are different in the themes that will be explored.",
