"description": "It's been a little while since our last Ceilidh, but Banned from the Moor are finally BACK and we can't wait to dance together again! \n\nA cèilidh (/ˈkeɪli/ KAY-lee, Scottish Gaelic: [ˈkʲʰeːlɪ]) or céilí (Irish: [ˈceːlʲiː]) is a traditional Scottish and Irish social gathering. In its most basic form, it simply means a social visit.\n\nWe love a Ceilidh at MIC and so do those who have attended those we've held so far! But be warned:- there is a risk of face-ache from so much smiling!!\n\nCome ready to join in the fun! No experience necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and a spirit of adventure. Let's get together for a night of lively music, traditional dancing, and great company!\n\n**Featuring! '** [**Banned from the Moor**](https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.bannedfromthemoor.co.uk/&sa=D&source=calendar&usd=2&usg=AOvVaw1s6YfBqdI_-WOCjGVW3HXa) **' **\n\nEnjoy traditional Scottish music, delicious refreshments, and plenty of opportunities to dance the night away!\n\nDo dheagh shlainte! 🥳 💃🕺 ('to your good health') 🥰\n\nFYI :- Friday, November 20, 2026, the Moon will be in a [Waxing Gibbous](https://theskylive.com/moon/2026-11-20) phase with about 80.8% illumination",
