"description": "**Pleasure always starts with the self.** \n\nA series of Online Self-Pleasure Workshops for those who have vulvas, who wish to deepen their practice of pleasure.\n\n## **What are the Online Self-Pleasure Workshops?**\n\nA devotional time to be yourself, your body and your own creative, sexual energy.\n\nWhether its to recharge, kick-start or to learn something new, lets make self-touch a celebration of yourself. \n\nHaving a series of guided online sessions means you can meet your body as it shows up each day, and start to build new neuro-pathways to pleasure, unlearning old habits and creating new patterns.\n\n## **Why This Workshop Matters?**\n\nSelf-touch without expectation can be comforting, sensual, nourishing, pleasurable, soft, exciting, arousing… whatever you need in the moment. We’re not trying to push the body in any particular direction.\n\n**Below is a video of me talking about my Online Self-Pleasure Workshops.**\n\n \n\n<oembed url=\"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=daVLFyNXnRE\"></oembed>\n\n \n\n## **Who This Workshop Is For?**\n\n**These Online Self-Pleasure Workshops are for Vulva owners who wish to:**\n\n- **Be empowered in their own body**\n- **Stoke their own inner-fire and heighten arousal**\n- **Create new habits of touch**\n- **Take responsibility for their own pleasure**\n- **Self-regulate during pleasure to enhance sensation**\n- **Learn new skills and techniques for pleasure**\n- **Discover how to spread sexual energy through their body.**\n- **Explore genital self-massage**\n- **Open up to a wider orgasmic range**\n- **Release the goal in sex**\n- **Let go of any shame, guilt or fear around our pleasure.**\n- **Experience guided practices**\n\n## **How the Online Sessions Work?**\n\nWe’ll join together at the start and at the end to connect as a community, but during the practice you won’t be on screen and you’ll be muted.\n\nThis isn’t about voyeurism or exhibitionism. Its about being truly with yourself.\n\nYou’ll all be in your own space, hearing my voice.\n\nNo nudity required on the screen.\n\nYou’ll be taught techniques for expanding sensation and guided through an exercise, encouraging you to let the body lead.\n\nI will lead us through a meditation of self-connection allowing us to drop into a deeper space for feeling sensation and relaxing into arousal.\n\nI will be teaching touch techniques for you to try during your practice.\n\nThen I will be guiding you with suggestions at how we can be with our body in a way lead by curiosity, sensation and exploration, not goal.\n\nBut ultimately this is a time to give yourself permission to be with your body as a landscape to be explored in a new way.\n\nIf you’ve opened up your own pathways to pleasure and let curiosity lead you then you’ll be more likely to be able to fully receive, ask for what you want and build your own arousal without depending on another to satisfy us.\n\nLong gone are the days where we hand over our pleasure to others expecting them to magically meet our needs.\n\nWhen we can self-resource ourselves through our own touch it has a very tangible affect on all other aspects of our life.\n\n \n\n## Dates:\n\n**Dates:** Mondays: 30th Nov & 7th & 14th Dec 2026\n\nYou don't need to attend all of them, but highly recommended to benefit from revisiting the practice.\n\n**Online, 7.00-9.00pm**\n\n**Cost:** £90 all 3 (£35 each)\n\nTo keep the group small and intimate, I’m keeping the number of places limited.\n\n \n\n \n\n**About Jem Ayres:**\n\nJem is a certified Sex Geek – A Sexological Bodyworker, Tantra practitioner and teacher, a workshop facilitator, public speaker and Orgasmic Embodiment coach. She has over 10 years’ experience in the field of self-development through the body.\n\nJem now teaches what she likes to call ‘Sexual Self-Development’ and those who have met \n\nMulti-talented and creative she is passionate about helping people to connect with themselves through the body, fine-tuning into the subtleties of our life force, using sexual energy to fuel all areas of life.\n\n \n\n**T&Cs:**\n\nPlease be aware that course fees aren't transferrable or refundable.",
