"description": "#### **A chance to slow down, reconnect with what grounds you, and focus on what nourishes you.** \n\nInfluenced by the themes associated with Taurus, this circle is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with what makes you feel grounded, secure and at home in yourself. We'll explore what supports us, what we're building in our lives and how we can make more time for rest, comfort and our own wellbeing - without feeling like we always have to be doing more. \n \n\n#### **Your two hours to...**\n\nSlow down. \nPut the outside world aside for a while. \nListen to your own thoughts. \nConnect with other women. \nAnd make a little space for yourself. \n \n\n### What happens in a women's circle?\n\nWe'll gather in a cosy, welcoming space and move through a mixture of **guided meditation, reflection, conversation and ritual** , all connected to the Taurus Full Moon and the theme of grounding.\n\nThere's no right way to take part. You might share openly, listen quietly, write in your journal or simply enjoy being there. **Sharing is always optional.**\n\nYou'll be guided through the evening, so you don't need to know what to expect or have any previous experience.\n\n### During the circle\n\n**✦ Arrive & settle** \nWe'll begin by slowing down, arriving in the space and connecting with the women around us.\n\n**✦ Guided meditation & sound** \nA chance to step out of your busy mind and into the present moment.\n\n**✦ Journaling & reflection** \nThoughtful prompts to help you consider your own needs, relationships, boundaries and what you'd like to invite more of into this next season.\n\n**✦ Sharing circle** \nSpace to share your thoughts and experiences, if you'd like to. Listening is equally welcome.\n\n**✦ Full Moon ritual** \nA creative ritual to mark this peak of energy. \n\n**✦ Oracle cards** \nA moment of curiosity and reflection, with the opportunity to draw a card and see what it brings up for you.\n\nThroughout the evening there'll be **a beautiful seasonal altar, herbal tea and a small crystal gift to take home.** \n \n\n### This circle is for you if...\n\nYou spend most of your time looking after everyone else and rarely get uninterrupted time for yourself.\n\nYou're craving something slower than your usual evening.\n\nYou're feeling like life has become a little too full, and you'd like some time to work out what you actually need.\n\nYou'd like to meet other women, but don't want another loud or overly structured social event.\n\nYou're curious about meditation, nature, ritual or spirituality - you don't need to consider yourself 'spiritual'.\n\nOr perhaps you simply feel like **you need a couple of hours that belong entirely to you.**\n\nNo previous experience is needed, and you don't need to subscribe to any particular beliefs. Root & Rising circles are rooted in **nature, reflection, connection and a little bit of magic.** \n \n\n#### You can expect to leave with...\n\nA little more clarity around what you need. \nA renewed sense of connection to yourself and others. \nAnd hopefully feeling a little more grounded and restored.",
