"description": "**THE INVITATION**\n\nJoin us for this half day workshop to rekindle our inner fire, gently emerging from the sweet embrace of darkness to the new cycle of light and life that awaits. \n\nWorking with meditation, mantra, movement, poetry, journalling and more, we courageously offer our hearts to the alchemical fires of our generative energy to release the old, welcome the present, and shape what’s to come.\n\nImbolc is a time associated with Goddess Brigid, bringer of light, fire, fertility, healing, poetry and protection. These gifts support us in the metamorphosis from seed to stem, bringing the fire, nourishment and holding required to transform from a place of visioning and incubating to a time of creativity and growth. \n\n𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 (𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲) \n12.15: arrival \n12.30: welcome, opening circle and mantra \n12.45: guided meditation \n13.00: diving into the themes below through various practices (including partner and group work, dance, yoga flow, meditation, breath, mantra and more) \n15.00: restorative postures and yoga nidra \n15.45: closing circle, song \n16.00: finish (option to head for tea and cake post the event for those who are keen)\n\n𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀 \n𝘽𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 \nMoving beyond our self-story into the simple yet profound power, wisdom and healing of presence. Orientating ourselves to finding awe in our every-day moment-to-moment experience.\n\n𝘽𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 \nCompassionately recognising the past as the foundations and fertiliser of where we are now. Through our values and spirit, remembering we can alchemise the past into what unfolds next. What metamorphoses are in motion and how can we nourish them? Letting go of the destination. Trusting the unfolding. Welcoming the mystery.\n\n𝘽𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 \nDeepening our sense of community through listening in. Knowing that we have a place in the family of things. Sinking into the group container and our own hearts to find that we can be seen, supported and celebrated. \n\n𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 \nSupporter: £50 \nStandard: £40 \nCommunity: £30 (for those in genuine need or who are under-represented in yoga spaces) \nBursary: one free or 2 x £20 depending on the requests I receive\n\nI am open to forms of exchange other than money, reach out if you want to discuss this option. \n\nIf you have any accessibility needs please let me know in advance. Sadly the space is not wheelchair friendly.\n\n𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗺 𝗜? \nHello! For those that don't know me, my name is Megan. I am a clinical and eco-psychologist, an experienced yoga teacher & teacher trainer, a nature-based facilitator, and a founding director of the Bristol Yoga Roots Project. My work is heart-led and nature-honouring, inviting us to remember ourselves as nature to support the reciprocal healing and growth of all. The space I hold is strong and steady with a little mystery and mischief mixed in. You can learn more about me here: [www.meganavery.co.uk](http://www.meganavery.co.uk)\n\nFor any questions or enquiries please email me at: [Megan.amy.avery@gmail.com](mailto:Megan.amy.avery@gmail.com)\n\nWith love, excitement and power!\n\nMegan \n🖤\n\n**CANCELLATION POLICY** \nCancellations refunded (minus £10 deposit) up to 30 days before the event or at any time if you can fill your space. Deposits are non-refundable to cover admin time.",
