"description": "### **Radical Compassion with IFS Constellation ** \n\n#### Would you like to gain a **deeper connection** and **understanding** of your own **internal system of parts**?\n\nIn this weekend you are invited to explore Internal Family Systems (IFS) - a radical approach to understanding our mind as made up of a system of different ‘parts’, that hold feelings, perspectives and roles. Together with the methodology of constellations, we will create a space where parts feel safe and supported.\n\nWhat to expect: **Creative practices to awaken compassionate connection and healing within you:**\n\n**🌿** Explore **sculpting, mapping, drawing, constellating & more** to get to know your (internal) parts.\n\n**🌿 Self-led Somatics** to sense parts needs from the inside out. Including rest and down-regulation.\n\n**🌿** **Systemic** **Lineage & Cultural ** unburdening- opportunity to release burdens our parts carry for/from family and the culture/world. \n\n**🌿** N **ourishing tools** to take home & develop ongoing embodied support.\n\n[**Shoshana Moss**](https://shine-thrive.com/about/), your guide on this weekend is an IFS Institute–trained Level 3 practitioner, an experienced systemic and family constellator, and a facilitator of embodied, trauma-sensitive work. \nDrawing on decades of experience in IFS, systemic and family constellations, yoga, meditation, nature connection and TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises). At the heart of her work is a belief in the wisdom of the body, the intelligence of our inner systems, and the transformative potential of being deeply met, witnessed and held.\n\n#### **🌿 Is this suitable for me?**\n\n**Trauma & Self-Regulation:** Suitable for those who are able to work with and self regulate parts that come up. Trauma sensitive guidance and support is available. \n\n**IFS Experience:** No prior experience is necessary. Read about Internal Family Systems on our [**IFS page**](https://shine-thrive.com/ifs/).\n\n**IFS Therapy:** These weekends are not individual therapy, and they add a much needed dimension of normalising (parts) experience, reducing isolation and healing together.\n\n### **Fees & Payment**\n\n**Participant: ** Ticket fees cover all group activities during the weekend. Including participation and representing in constellations. \n\n**Constellator:** additional £130 payable on the weekend. _Constellations aren’t pre-booked but are chosen by draw before constellation sessions from those who wish to be constellated. You don’t need to know what you will constellate in advance, this is best explored in the aliveness of the moment._\n\n_ T&C: Bookings are a mutual commitment, refunds not available as spaces are limited and require your commitment to hold the min-max amount of participants for this constellation event. If you can no longer make the event in rare circumstances, you may request to transfer your ticket to a friend/family._\n\n### **Location & Travel**\n\n**🏠** The event is in **Staverton, Devon, UK (near Totnes).
