"description": "### 🌕 Spirit Groove Drumming Circle – October Gathering 🌕\n\n**As the days grow shorter and autumn settles in, we invite you to join us for an evening of rhythm, connection and community.**\n\n**October is a beautiful time to slow down, turn inward and let go of what no longer needs to be carried. Through the steady heartbeat of the drum, we'll create a space to pause, breathe and reconnect — with ourselves, with the earth and with the people sharing the circle.**\n\n**Whether you're picking up a drum for the very first time or you've been drumming with us for years, everyone is welcome. There is no experience needed and no right or wrong way to drum — simply come as you are and allow yourself to be guided by the rhythm.**\n\n**We'll spend the evening moving into the rhythm together, creating a powerful collective vibration that can help settle the mind, ground the body and bring us fully into the present moment.**\n\n**✨ No experience necessary** \n**🥁 Drums available to borrow, or bring your own** \n**🤎 A welcoming and relaxed atmosphere** \n**🌿 Time to pause, reconnect and recharge**\n\n**Date: Wednesday 21st October 2026** \n**Time: 7:00pm – 9:00pm** \n**Location: The Haybarn Retreats Venue, Church Stretton** \n**Cost: £12 per person**\n\n**Spaces are limited, so booking is recommended.**\n\n**Come and sit in circle, feel the rhythm and share in the energy of the drum. 🥁🌕**",
