"description": "This 2.5 hour workshop is a powerful transmission of raw Kundalini and Non Dual consciousness to raise your own frequency, clear negative energies held in your energetic body, dissolve mistaken belief systems and habits that no longer serve you and ultimately raise your own Kundalini Energy and awaken to Consciousness.\n\n### _ **What is KAP?** _\n\nKAP is a direct energy transmission of Raw Kundalini and non dual states of Consciousness. This is a downward descending energy that clears and cleans your energetic field through your chakras. It raises your frequency so that negative energies are forced to detach and be processed. The energy stirred is your own life force energy which in turn may activate your own Kundalini awakening process.\n\nThis is a physical experience of energetic movement within your physical body. Meaning that your physical body will respond in cathartic release or kriya (movements or changes caused by a spiritual practice) that can be seen and felt. It feels amazing and natural! It is a remembering, a clearing and a homecoming. This is the apex of energy embodiment through transmission. KAP is safe but very powerful yet never overwhelming; preparing your subtle energy body for your own ‘spiritual’ progression and healing.\n\nThis **video (may only be visible on a laptop) will explain** more about how KAP works and What it is…..\n\n<oembed url=\"https://youtu.be/tBDCq-0XMSc?si=1hHEVmkmhXL5h1QT\"></oembed>\n\n### What to expect\n\nLike reiki and healing modalities, KAP is received passively by the recipient with no skills or experience required. You lie down on a yoga mat and we will touch you on your main chakra points whilst loud music is played, either on speakers or on headphones. What happens next is extraordinary grace. KAP is not part of a religion and requires no faith at all to work. Shakti energy is very much present in this transmission, therefore it has an innate intelligence to provide the upgrades appropriate for the person at that time of their lives and conditions. It will never give any more or less than the person needs. You receive exactly what you need with every session in a steadily increasing process.\n\nThe ‘process’ continues for a few days after the session. Integrating this energy creates gentle shifts to benefit you in all areas of your life including an awareness and intuition in relationships, physical and mental wellbeing, diet and health choices.\n\nKAP has a profound effect on the brain, a rewiring occurs creating shifts in self belief, intuition, psychic abilities, perspective and recovery. KAP has shown to create improvements in those with chronic depressive illness and PTSD or a traumatic history. Although not it's primary goal, which is the raising and connection of human consciousness, it can have healing effects on many. \n\nKAP has a very positive effect on those living with Kundalini Syndrome, an uncomfortable condition sometimes caused accident or by will-power practices or sometime trauma. KAP will help your body to catch up and be better evolved to hold the increased energetic activity you feel. You will be put back in control of your enhanced spiritual development.\n\n**A Sacred Practice** : \nKundalini Activation Process is rooted in ancient yogic traditions, designed to awaken the dormant energy within you. Each session offers the chance to experience **spiritual enlightenment** , **emotional healing** , and a deeper sense of connection to the divine.\n\n**Suitable for everyone?**\n\nWell, almost everyone. Those with delusional psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia and current manias should not attend, nor should those with epilepsy. Women in their third trimester of pregnancy are also advised to wait until after birth as the sessions can be very physical. We advise that you do not drink or do drugs within at least 24 hours of receiving KAP, including medicinal mushrooms etc. Smoking or vaping or drinking caffeine is completely fine. For some people, eating only a light vegetarian meal on the day of receiving KAP is beneficial to their energetic experience.\n\n**Venue Location:**\n\n Avalon Community Centre \n1 King Street \nGlastonbury \nBA6 9JY\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2025/11/20/17/08/53/816e74fb-f986-4285-879d-15c16e15a5c0/Avalon Centre internal photo.jpg)\n\n### **Who We Are**\n\n**About Juliet** :\n\n**Juliet Leonard is the South West & Birmingham's only L2 Kundalini Activation Process & Non Duality facilitator.
