Open to anyone looking to deepen their movement practice, whether you’re an experienced dancer or simply interested in exploring how the body moves.\n\n**When?**\n\nTuesday evenings 6.30pm - 8.30pm \n\nSep 22 Rolling\n\nOct 6 Falling\n\nOct 20 Flying \n\nNov 3 Listening\n\nFour classes every other week from the 22nd of September\n\n**Where? **\n\nCaddaford Barns Studio \nCaddaford Farm \nBuckfastleigh \nDevon \nTQ11 0JT \n \nWhat3Words: ///hedgehog.actual.curiosity\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/09/08/16/37/11/8b7a07c8-4ff7-4655-b75e-b499b0fdb57e/WhatsApp Image 2026-09-08 at 17.17.54.jpeg)\n\n**Who am I? **\n\nWith over a decade of experience in the dancing world, I curate regular local groups as well as seasonal events for people to dive into the world of somatics, contact improvisation and the magic of the moving body. I believe that dance can bring us into a deeper understanding of self, one another and the environment we inhabit. My practices are almost always relational, heavily based in the wisdom of touch, tactility, co-creation and fun.\n\nPlease note this will be my final teaching before going on maternity leave. \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/09/08/16/38/19/bec15c2d-9a7b-4dca-a7a1-fdf0a34a9d88/DSCF3824.jpg)",
