The systems around us. And what becomes possible when we begin to untangle the two.\n\nWe live our lives in the present, but we do not arrive here alone.\n\nWe belong to families, relationships and histories that began before us. Within them are experiences of love and loss, belonging and exclusion, strength and survival - and sometimes patterns we find ourselves repeating without fully understanding why.\n\nSoul Constellations is a four-day residential retreat exploring these often unseen dynamics through Systemic Family Constellations, alongside meditation, embodiment, movement, music, group exercises and community.\n\nThis will be our third retreat together and an opportunity to step away from everyday life, slow down and explore ourselves more deeply in the beautiful surroundings of Shallowford House.\n\nOur past retreats have been incredibly powerful, transformative and life-changing for many. \n\n### What are Family Constellations?\n\nSystemic Family Constellations is an experiential therapeutic practice that explores hidden dynamics, unconscious loyalties and intergenerational patterns within families and other relational systems.\n\nThrough embodied group work, we begin to encounter an issue from somewhere other than the position from which we have always known it.\n\nThe intention isn't to blame our families or erase our history, but to understand our relationship with it more deeply — honouring what came before while creating greater freedom in how we move forward.\n\nSome participants will bring their own issue to constellate, while others will participate as representatives. Both can offer powerful opportunities for recognition, insight and movement.\n\n### Across the four days we'll experience:\n\n🌿 Systemic Family Constellation work led by Imani\n\n🥘Delicious fresh cooked meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner by Arvin from Amrutha \n\n🎶 An intimate live set with singer-songwriter Aliya \n\n🧘 Varied guided meditation and embodiment practices\n\n☯️ Qigong and yoga\n\n✨ Group exercises designed to deepen connection, trust and safety within the group\n\n🫂 Daily time within your smaller sharing pod for reflection and support\n\n🎵 A deeply restorative sound bath\n\n🙏 Optional one-to-one healing sessions\n\n🎨 An art integration workshop on our final day\n\n🤎 A cacao ceremony \n\n🔥 A final-night celebration where everyone is invited to share their gifts, creativity and expression\n\n🕯️ A closing ceremony to honour everything we've experienced together\n\nThere will also be plenty of space between sessions to rest, walk in nature, connect with others or simply be quiet.\n\n### The Setting\n\nOur home for the retreat is Shallowford House, a beautiful nineteenth-century retreat house surrounded by nine acres of secluded gardens, woodland and meadow in the Staffordshire countryside.\n\nBeing residential is an important part of the experience. Rather than returning immediately to the pace of everyday life after deep inner work, we have four days to live, eat, practise, reflect and connect together — allowing the experience time to settle and integrate.\n\n**Accommodation and all meals are included throughout the retreat.**\n\n## Retreat Prices & Accommodation\n\nShared same-sex twin rooms are included within your retreat ticket.\n\nIf you would prefer your own space, a limited number of private double rooms are available for an additional **£200**.\n\n### Retreat Prices\n\n🌱 Early Bird — £600 (Sold out) \n✨ General Release — £700 (Half gone) \n🔥 Final Release — £800 \n🛏️ Add-On: Private Double Room - £200 \n\nYou can spread the cost of your retreat over 3 months with Klarna at checkout. If you would benefit from a longer payment plan, please reach out to us, and we'll be happy to discuss the options available.\n\n**ACCESSIBILITY** \nWe also want Soul Constellations to be accessible to those who genuinely feel called to join us ❤️ We've set aside a small number of reduced-price places for people on a low income. If this applies to you, please email us to enquire.\n\n**At the heart of Soul Constellations is an invitation:**\n\nTo understand what has shaped us. To honour what came before. To deepen our connection with ourselves and each other. And to create greater freedom in what comes next.\n\n### Meet The Facilitators \n\n#### Imani (Lead Facilitator) \n\nImani is a Systemic Family Constellations Practitioner, writer and speaker whose work centres around relationships, rupture, belonging and identity.\n\nShe trained internationally through the International Family Constellation Training Institute and has studied across multiple systemic lineages with an international faculty of more than 35 teachers.\n\nHer work explores the meeting place between story and system. How our personal experiences interact with the families, relationships and histories around us, and what becomes possible when we begin to untangle the two.\n\n#### About Jay (Co-facilitator)\n\nJay is a qualified Jungian Depth Coach whose work sits at the intersection of Jungian psychology, Eastern spirituality and embodied practice. His focus is on bridging the gap between understanding ourselves and actually changing how we live. \n \nThrough one-to-one coaching, men's circles and group work, Jay helps people explore the unconscious patterns that keep them stuck, meet the parts of themselves they've learned to hide or reject, and find the courage to live differently. \n \nHis approach combines compassion with honest challenge, bringing the unconscious into awareness and awareness into action. At the heart of his work is a commitment to helping people develop greater self-trust, authentic connection and a deeper sense of aliveness.\n\n#### About Alex (Co-facilitator)\n\nAlex is a meditation teacher of 8 years and the founder of Soul Revolution Festival. He offers a variety of meditations to calm the nervous system, create a deeper relationship with the body, open the heart, and relax the mind. \n\nAlex has supported Imani with her work on various retreats as well as the rest of the team, who all have a tight bond of trust and respect. This is vitally important to holding the container. \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/10/12/19/33/21/d374be7a-7155-4109-beb4-7170d4aef5d6/885322f1-6c9c-4c50-a1bf-fb191b436e75.jpeg)", "endsAt": "2027-02-14T14:00:00Z", "locations": [ { "$type": "community.lexicon.location.geo", "latitude": "52.862193", "longitude": "-2.189315", "name": "Shallowford House Christian Retreat & Conference Centre, Shallowford, Stone, UK" } ], "mode": "community.lexicon.calendar.event#inperson", "name": "Soul Constellations Retreat", "startsAt": "2027-02-11T15:00:00Z", "status": "community.lexicon.calendar.event#scheduled", "uris": [ { "$type": "community.lexicon.calendar.event#uri", "name": "Soul Constellations Retreat", "uri": "https://dandelion.events/e/soulconstellations" } ] }
