"description": "As the nights draw in and the days get colder, we gather together on Samhain for a day of warmth, music, and connection 🍂 \n\nSamhain marks an ancient turning point in the wheel of the year, the end of the harvest and the beginning of the darker months. Traditionally, it is believed to be a time when the veil between the material and spiritual worlds is at its thinnest; a moment to honour those who walked before us, give thanks for what has been, and create space for what is yet to come.\n\nSurrounded by the Shropshire countryside at the Haybarn, we'll spend the day slowing down and reconnecting with ourselves, each other and the mystery of life through practices that nourish the body, heart and soul.\n\n🎶 **Live Music from Bonnie Medicine** \nAn intimate live performance with this incredible artist to carry us into the spirit of Samhain through music and song.\n\n🙏 **Kirtan with Gurpreet & Rajan** \nComing together through the ancient practice of devotional chanting, allowing our individual voices to become one.\n\n🔥 **Samhain Fire Ceremony with Alex Dudgon** \nAs darkness falls, we'll gather around the fire for a special ceremony honouring our ancestors and those we have lost to spirit.\n\n**✍️ Affirmations Workshop with Gurj (Seek Within)** \nAn empowering and uplifting workshop exploring the science and spirituality of affirmations, how they influence the way we think and feel, and how to use them effectively before putting them into practice together as a group.\n\n🧘 **The Art of Letting Go: Yin Yoga & Surrendering with Victoria (Wild Love Yoga)** \nA deeply restorative Yin Yoga journey inviting you to surrender the roles you play, soften into stillness and move from doing into simply being, using long-held postures and mindful breath to cultivate presence, acceptance, clarity and deeper connection to yourself.\n\n**🍂 Samhain opening ceremony with Sofia & Sandra Barnes** \nA grounding start to the day, offering to our ancestors, journeying through sound healing, and gently landing into the day as we connect with the deeper energy and dreaming of Samhain.\n\n🥘 **Nourishing Lunch & Dinner with Tribe432** \nTwo beautiful meals will be served during the day, giving us time to eat, connect and share together.\n\n🍹 **The Conscious Bar ** \nKeith will be bringing his infamous Conscious Bar, serving delicious alcohol-free creations throughout the gathering. \n\nAnd when the programme comes to an end, there's no need to rush home. You're welcome to stay around the fire, connect with the community and allow the evening to unfold, with the option to stay overnight at The Haybarn.\n\n_ **\\*All workshops, live music, and nourishing meals are included in your ticket. Drinks to be purchased separately. ** _\n\n✨ Tickets are only £88, covering the full day of workshops, music, and meals. With a limited amount available, we recommend booking soon to avoid disappointment. We ask people to arrive from 10am, with the event running 11am–10pm.\n\nAfter the programme of events, you’re welcome to relax and socialise around the fire into the night. Overnight stay is available at the Haybarn for £22 (in the barn or your live-in vehicle), with access to warm showers included. Please note, you’ll need to bring your own bedding if staying in the barn as it’s an empty room with a hard floor. \n\nWe'd love to share this special day with you! A day to remember those who came before us, celebrate life, and to gather around the fire as we cross the threshold towards winter ❤️",
