"description": "Have you had some experience of NVC? This is an opportunity to build on that foundation, learning the deeper holistic and practical understandings and applications of this approach, with me, Clare Palmer, Certified Trainer in NVC with over 20 years experience.\n\nIf you are perhaps struggling to integrate NVC into your life and its challenges, this course is an excellent way to explore how to bring these ideas into your daily life and form lasting habits.\n\nThis is a 14-week course, held on Zoom usually every 2 weeks, on a Sunday evening 7 – 8.30 pm starting on Sunday 8 November 2026. In each session we work with a chapter of Marshall Rosenberg’s book Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life, using the Companion Workbook written by Lucy Leu, which participants are encouraged to buy. I will lead you through different themes each session, for example Giving from the Heart, or Taking Responsibility for Our Feelings.\n\nThis course is aimed at those who have completed a Foundation in Nonviolent Communication or equivalent training or study. Please contact me if you’re not sure if the course is suited to you. Because everyone will already have basic knowledge, we will be able to dive into themes with greater depth.\n\nBecause the course takes place over about 6 months and “homework” is encouraged between sessions, this is a really powerful way of integrating this approach into your life over a long period of time with the support of the group. There will be a mixture of exercises and activities including chances to explore challenges and examples from your own life.\n\nThe course will run if at least 6 people sign up. Group size maximum 12.\n\nI have been leading practice groups like this for 20 years and will make sure each participant is included and supported.",
