"description": "**Move mountains and find your YOU! Make peace with your past and surrender with trust.**\n\n_\"I am finding it difficult to find the right words to describe my appreciation. I had no idea how much I required validation and to be heard. I very much struggle to share my story, as the abuse I endured from my matneral parent is so shocking. I knew there was something special about you and your technique would penetrate the \"wall of China\" I have build around myself. And, you did. I also found solace in the validation of the qualities I have gained as a result of my trauma (it wasn't all for nothing!) I am aware of my courage, resilience and strength and you nailed it. I will take down a person regardless of who they are if I thing they are if I think that is the right thing to do. I am also grateful to have met some amazing people that I've bared my soul to these past 2 days. I knew finding my soul fam was close. However, now I know who. I am looking forward to forstering these relationships and welcoming new people into my life.\"_\n\n_Siobhan Cornelissen, Mortgage Broker_\n\n \n\n_\"Thank you for encouraging me to attend your 2 day workshop. It's helped shift the hole I was in. I've had a few shifts.\" ☮️🙏💫_\n\n_Shauna-Lee Barlow, Dream Healer_\n\n \n\n_\"I am very grateful that I took on this workshop and time out for myself, I feel it has shifted something inside me already. Where usual things would cause me rage/anger or frustration to not having those thoughts pass through, and if it does I am calm and response with love instead. I am looking forward to integrating more of what I unfolded. My energy and mind are a lot clearer and not so fast-paced busy, have to always be doing things. Was a really incredible experience knowing what I wish many would follow - so healing and powerful.\"_\n\n_Marisa Haidar, Holistic Health Coach_\n\n \n\nMake peace with your past and discover divine love.\n\n \n\nDo you feel stuck and bogged down by past experiences of trauma 24/7?\n\n \n\nHave you endured the impacts of emotional neglect, family breakdown, childhood abuse, rape or shadow religious rituals in your upbringing?\n\n \n\nAre you experiencing panic attacks, nightmares and dark thoughts in your head?\n\n \n\nPerhaps you’ve tried clinical therapy, self-development, plant medicine or energy healing but things aren’t quite moving forward for you.\n\n \n\nWhether you’re just starting out in your healing journey or have advanced in your spiritual growth and you’re ready for a massive shift in your life, then this 2 day workshop is just for you.\n\n \n\nLet me guide you to your path of alchemy and awakening as we dive deep into your soul, knowing you’re not your trauma, you are the light that’s in your heart. It’s time to dismantle layers of your conditioning so you can allow peace, joy and divine love into your being.\n\n \n\n**WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE...**\n\n_ **Grounding Ritual:** _ ** ** Feel settled and safe to just be yourself as we start by moving stagnant chi and releasing any build up of stress and tension through tai chi and core energetics to be present and connect with community in the space, followed by introductions, boundaries and intentions for our time together.\n\n_ **Ancestral Trauma Clearing:** _ ** ** Experience an energetic and emotional clean up of inherited karma as you start to process traumatic blockages and start to break patterns passed down from your ancestors to align yourself to your true essence.\n\n_ **Somatic Release:** _ ** ** Release trauma and suppressed emotions from the body through body work as we tune into what you're holding onto and where it needs to be shifted energetically and physically.\n\n_ **Family Constellations:** _ ** ** Identify what is needed to shift your family dynamics on an emotional and energetic level to support you in your emotional healing and gain insights into the dysfunctions of family members and healing needed for them and for you.\n\n_ **Hologram Scan:** _ ** ** I scan your energetic body template known as the hologram in the quantum field like an x-ray to identify any obstructions within you that needs to be cleared depending on what is shown to me, whether that’s through entity removal, past life timeline, inner child healing, light language etc.\n\n_ **Personality Reading:** _ ** ** I scan your physical body to identify which childhood traumas and estimate timelines that have shaped your perspective on life as well as your personality in how you show up in the world through character analysis. This will help you gain a clear understanding and awareness of your strengths and setbacks and what to do to start overcoming them.\n\n_ **Childhood Trauma Release: ** _Learn how to process and release the 5 early stages of trauma in your childhood development, adolescent and adulthood through emotional release activities to face your fears and insecurities, process anger and move through grief from abandonment and neglect.\n\n_ **Higher Timeline Activation: ** _Start accessing and embracing unlimited possibilities of living your life beyond trauma as you start to rebuild your relationship with yourself through guided quantum timeline meditation, light language, star magic and sound therapy to recalibrate and integrate your nervous system and approach to life.\n\n_ **Reflection & Integration:** _Art therapy to download any imagery, symbols or codes from your higher timeline activation to bring back home, heart-centered group activities to praise and to be praised through love and a personalised card reading moving forward.\n\n**Vegan gluten free lunch and refreshments ** provided on both days of the workshop.\n\n**6 spots until sold out for an intimate and sacred experience.**\n\nYou can also [book a free 45 minute clarity call](https://calendly.com/lifeinconfidence/clarity-call-with-jess-x-goh) via Zoom to see if this is right for you.\n\n_ **OPTIONAL: VIP TICKET** _enjoy 3 night stay in your private room in Karriwirra House, vegan gluten free meals included, 4 x 90 minute trauma recovery session via Zoom valued at $4444 and 1 month Whatsapp or Phone and Text support valued at $2000.\n\nIf you can't attend live, you might be interested in my [Ancestral Clearing Audio](https://www.lifeinconfidence.com/ancestralclearingaudio), [Childhood Trauma Clearing Audio](https://www.lifeinconfidence.com/childhoodtraumaclearingaudiosalespage) or [Past Life Trauma Clearing Audio](https://www.lifeinconfidence.com/pastlifetraumaclearingaudiosalespage).\n\n**--------------------------------------------------------------------**\n\n**About The Facilitator**\n\nJess X Goh helps highly driven, burnt out professionals to overcome the impacts of childhood abuse.
