"description": "**Hey sister, **\n\nThis is a space for women to gather, sit around the (metaphorical) fire, speak from the heart, tell our stories, be witnessed and embrace shared ritual in our lives, and in turn, help us to connect with our ancestors and remember how this ritual used to be deeply woven into our everyday lives.\n\nA sacred, yet laidback gathering to come together, share, laugh, breathe and simply be in each other's presence.\n\nAlthough it’s quite likely that you’ll know one or two other faces at the gathering (Sheffield is very small after all), I also hope to bring together women who have not met before so that we can share our different experiences and perspectives.\n\n**You can expect:**\n\n𖦹 altar building \n𖦹 sharing circle \n𖦹 prompts for journalling/sharing \n𖦹 an (optional) cup of heart-opening cacao \n𖦹 soothing sounds \n𖦹 oracle cards\n\n**The circles are held at my home studio, The Womb Room, in Nether Edge, S7.**\n\n**My address will be sent separately, 1 or 2 days ahead of the circle - please keep an eye on your junk folder for this. **\n\nIf you have questions or would like to chat before booking, please reach out on Instagram DM or email me at [beth@innersmilemassage.co.uk](mailto:beth@innersmilemassage.co.uk)\n\n \n\n> #### The values & agreements for the space:\n> \n> **˖࿔ ࣪Silence is sacred**. It is not to be shied away from, and there’s no need to fill it to avoid discomfort. Silence can give birth to what wants to be given voice to.\n> \n> **˖࿔ Witnessing. No cross-talking, advising or fixing.** Only one person will be speaking at a time. You can, however, choose to invite reflections from others if you are looking for this type of support. Just be mindful of ‘listening to respond’ rather than fully receiving what is being shared.\n> \n> **˖࿔ This is a brave space, not a safe space.** I don't believe collective spaces can be 100% safe for all, as we all bring our own history & lived experiences into the space. Instead, it is a brave space where you are invited to take personal responsibility for your own emotions and reactions, and to be brave enough to authentically speak about what you feel. For everyone to feel brave enough to share from the heart, it’s important that what is shared in the circle is kept confidential and stays in the circle.\n> \n> **˖࿔ Authenticity.** You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are. You can share as little or as much as you like. There’s an invitation to take time to pause and delve deep inside to see what is ready to be given voice to and shared. When we take this time to pause and notice how we’re feeling in our body before we speak, we are more likely to find words that truly reflect what’s inside, which can help us to connect more authentically with ourselves and the others in the circle.",
