"description": "# **Ecotherapy Workshop: Mindfulness, Embodiment and Healing in Nature with Dr. Adrian Harris**\n\n### Join Dr. Adrian Harris for a day of ecotherapy on Hampstead Heath, exploring how we can deepen our connection to nature, to ourselves, and to each other through embodied, sensory practice.\n\nEcotherapy invites us to step outside the therapy room and into the living world, using the land itself as a co-facilitator for reflection, healing and presence. Across the day, Adrian will guide the group through a series of practices designed to slow us down, sharpen our attention, and reconnect us with the more-than-human world around us. Together, we will experience the restorative and healing power of the nature using a variety of tools, guides and techniques drawing from paganism, Buddhism and psychedelic perspectives on the natural world and your place within in it. He'll also be sharing a novel and unexpected use for your smartphone as part of the day's practice, so don't leave it at home!\n\nWe'll meet on Hampstead Heath at 11am and finish by 4:30pm. The exact meeting point will be shared by email closer to the date.\n\n**Places are strictly limited to 10,** so please book early if you'd like to join us.\n\n### What to expect\n\nThere are no unusual hazards on the Heath, but as with any time outdoors you can expect insects, nettles, brambles and minor trip hazards underfoot. We hope the weather will be good at that time of year , but we'd recommend bringing a light raincoat just in case.\n\n### What to bring\n\n- Everything you'd need for a day outdoors and prepared for any weather\n- Something to sit on (a plastic bag will do!)\n- Food to share at lunch\n- Your smartphone\n\n⚠️ _Please note: This is an educational and experiential workshop. No medical or clinical advice can be given during this session._\n\n### Venue\n\nHamstead Heath - the meet location for this workshop will be shared with ticketholders via email and is easily accessible via public transport.\n\n### Refunds\n\nIf the weather forces us to cancel, you'll receive a full refund. All ticket holders will be noticed 24h in advance if so.\n\n### **Your Facilitator**\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/04/22/05/04/23/4e06fac1-ff7e-4f13-8a0f-6dc0f64438bc/de75e8d8-8908-42b4-882f-87128fa2a53f.jpeg)\n\nDr. Adrian Harris is an ecopsychologist, psychotherapist, and psychedelic integration coach who has been involved with ecotherapy for over twenty years.
