"description": "## **A 4-day Healing Retreat to Close 2026 and Begin 2027 From the Heart**\n\n_Earth medicines and Abuelo’s loving presence opening doors to healing and expansion at this_ New Year's retreat in the Sussex countryside, for those ready to put down what they've carried through 2026. \n\n#### \n\n### **A new year won't take it from you.**\n\nWhatever you've carried through 2026, comes into 2027 with you, unless you put it down with intention. Good intentions or mindset will won't do it, and neither will pushing through one more year on your own. You know this already, because, like many of us, you've tried.\n\nWhat you need is to be witnessed for long enough so, “letting go” comes un-rushed, naturally and feels safe.\n\nThat's what these four nights are for. You'll be in quiet countryside an hour from London, in a setting with a small group of other brave beautiful seekers like you, a team of guardians who will walk beside you while you close this year properly. \n\n_ **You forgive what's ready to be forgiven, and you begin 2027 from your heart instead of your to-do list.💚** _\n\nThis is your call to : \n\n- Wrap up 2026 with forgiveness & closure, on 31st Dec\n- Reconnect with the Medicine of your Heart, wise, strong and loving like a Grandfather, on 1st Jan\n\nYour inner wisdom guided by spirit medicines, into deep healing, perspective and introspection. Allow yourself to shift what’s the old & stagnant, change perspectives, and reconnect with your wisdom and the JOY within. \n\n### **How we work**\n\nWe go slowly here. Nobody is rushed towards a breakthrough or expected big releases, or sit stoically. You'll be met exactly where you are, and from there the ceremonies, care, presence and the Medicine you carry, do their work.\n\n### **Closing 2026**\n\n_Forgiveness, closure and space for what you haven't yet grieved, released, felt._ We honour what this year asked of you, then gently release what you're ready to leave behind: old sorrows, stale patterns, the pain that won’t move, and those things you've been holding for other people.\n\n### **Opening 2027**\n\n_Begin the year inside the Medicine of Your Heart._ We welcome the New Year from a quieter, unburdened place, with the steady, loving wisdom of a Grandfather. Let’s make more room for love, calm and the joy that was always underneath.\n\n* * *\n\n## **What's included**\n\n**The retreat itself**\n\n- 4 days, 3 nights in the arms of nature, near Brighton\n- 2 plant medicine ceremonies, plus Hapeh, Xocolatl (ceremonial cacao) and Blue Lotus\n- Sound journey and live music\n- Sacred fire\n- Sharing circles and daily integration\n- Post retreat support & integration\n- Accommodation, meals\n- A team of experienced guardians/healers, led by psychotherapist\n\n**Care before and after**\n\n- A personal assessment call before you book\n- Full preparation and intention guidance so you arrive ready\n- 1:1 support before the retreat and after you go home\n\n* * *\n\n## **This is for you if**\n\n- You've spent the year holding others, but have barely been held yourself\n- There's something you're ready to release, forgive or finally close\n- You'd love to begin the year more open to life, calmer, with nothing to prove\n- You're new to plant medicine and want a gentle, properly supported first experience\n\n* * *\n\n## **What past guests say**\n\n> _\"Trust well placed.\"_\n\n> _\"Drunken on sweetness.\"_\n\n* * *\n\n## **Who's guiding you**\n\nI'm Olivia, a psychotherapist and a guide of Mexican lineage, I've spent years sitting with people at their crossroads, and I'll be with you throughout, alongside a strong team of caring guardians.\n\n* * *\n\n## **Every place starts with a conversation**\n\nBefore anyone books, we talk. It's how we make sure this retreat is right for you and that you'll arrive feeling safe.\n\n Message us through here, or book a pre-assessment call at [https://calendly.com/hypnotic\\_remedy/retreat](https://calendly.com/hypnotic_remedy/retreat) I’d love to meet you.\n\n**📅 Dates: 30th Dec 26- 2nd Jan 27 **\n\n**📍 Location:** Brighton, one hour from London (full address shared on booking)\n\n **👥 Only 7 spots available **\n\n** 💷 Investment:** £1,111 \n\n \n\n**Come as you are.
