"description": "### **SOMATIC MOVEMENT, YOGA & BODY-BASED MEDITATION**\n\n#### FRIDAYS: 9.30 TO 11 AM. THE BEECHWOOD CLUB, FISHPONDS\n\n**Here is an invitation to slow down and come home to your body.**\n\nThis course blends gentle somatic movement, restorative yoga, and guided body-based meditation. Together, we will explore practices that support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and deep rest.\n\nRather than striving or stretching toward an ideal, this is a space for listening - to sensation, breath, and the subtle language of the body. Each session offers simple, nourishing practices to help you release tension, build resilience, and cultivate a more compassionate connection with yourself.\n\nThis class is open to anyone interested in engaging with the body in a gentle and respectful way, including those new to these practices. Those working with fatigue are warmly welcome. You’ll be encouraged to honour your own energy levels throughout.\n\n**COURSES DATES **\n\n 18TH SEPTEMBER TO 16TH OCTOBER\n\n**The class is facilitated by Gwen Williams, Yoga Therapist, Movement Facilitator and Dance Movement Psychotherapist (ADMP).**\n\nwww.gwen-williams.com / gwendawilliams@gmail.com / @movement\\_art\\_therapy",
