"description": "Bring your Teen!\n\n\\*\\* 100% of the profits from this class will be donated to Girlguiding Kilgrimol Building Fund, charity number 511895\n\nI am delighted to offer this adult and teen somatic dance class - for connecting with body, mind, emotions, spirit and with each other as parent and child. The class offers a powerful combination of mindfulness, guided gentle dance, music, and opportunities to connect with each other through dance. \n\nThe class will be carefully crafted with two warm up songs, tracks in the middle that gently increase your heart rate and then some slower songs at the end which incorporate an element of moving on the floor. \n\nAll body sizes and shapes welcome. Adaptable to your body and level of intensity you desire - learning to tune in to your body's way. No experience needed, just come exactly as you are.\n\nPlease note this class is for adults and their children/grandchildren/cared for children over the age of 11. Please come along with curiosity, playfulness, layers, and water.\n\nAll proceeds from this event will be donated to the Girlguiding Kilgrimol Building Fund, charity number 511895. \n\nFree tea, coffee and soft drinks will be provided, as well as the opportunity to buy some freshly baked cookies made by my daughter Emily! x",
