For example, we often learn that being happy, helpful and hardworking is a good thing, but being sad, angry or vulnerable can be seen as weakness.\n\nThe ironic thing in life is that sometimes our shadow parts can unconsciously and surprisingly take us to difficult and uncomfortable territory which we can feel as a trigger, conflict or exclusion.\n\n \n\n#### What Is Shadow Work? - Teal Swan\n\n \n\n[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2s8I3yq-Kmo](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2s8I3yq-Kmo)\n\n \n\n**What are Family Constellations?**\n\nFamily Constellations method was developed by Bert Hellinger in the early 90’s and it draws on the elements of family systems therapy to reveal a previously unrecognised systemic dynamics that span multiple generations in a given family. Family Constellations is a simple modality that helps reveal obstacles, limitations and entanglements that may stop us from living the life we want. Constellations can help with issues such as: personal relationships, family and organisational difficulties, financial issues, personal and professional relationships physical and mental health issues (addiction, depression, anxiety, anger, etc.) and many other challenges.\n\n \n\n**What is IoPT?**\n\n**IoPT - Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy & Theory** is an emerging psychological modality developed by Prof Dr Franz Ruppert and it offers an experiential practice called the Intention Method or Self-Encounter Method which is a safe and effective way of exploring one's psyche in relation to a particular issue.
