Like Bioenergetics and other somatic processes, for me, Trance Dance was another door to inner discovery and transformation. I have always been passionate about contemporary forms of music and dance that reclaim our vital energy and our creative potential. I believe that “letting go into life” is synonymous, with our “surrender to the body”. Letting go to the natural flow that moves through us. Letting go, to let flow! It is through “the flow experience” that we express, feel and find ourselves, without being connected to “flow” nothing creative happens.''_\n\n_ **Ecstatic Dance London & URUBU offers a variety of powerful holistic body-mind tools and practices.** _\n\n![](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/_next/image?url=https%3A%2F%2Fimg.evbuc.com%2Fhttps%253A%252F%252Fcdn.evbuc.com%252Fimages%252F427255089%252F62792247299%252F1%252Foriginal.20230118-161931%3Fauto%3Dformat%252Ccompress%26q%3D75%26sharp%3D10%26s%3D8f232c995e80e3d7e2139467474fee04&w=1880&q=75)\n\n![](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/_next/image?url=https%3A%2F%2Fimg.evbuc.com%2Fhttps%253A%252F%252Fcdn.evbuc.com%252Fimages%252F1173386241%252F62792247299%252F1%252Foriginal.20251222-110138%3Fauto%3Dformat%252Ccompress%26q%3D75%26sharp%3D10%26s%3Dd98d7265cdb76cc03b7877712bb0e2b2&w=1880&q=75)\n\n### **⋘ ─ ∗TANTRIC TRANCE DANCE ∗ ─ ⋙**\n\n**11:45AM - 2:30PM**\n\n**Through this transformational dance process,** you will be guided into befriending all the aspects of your Being.
