You don't have to do anything to earn it. Your shortcomings, your lack of **self** - **esteem** , physical perfection, or social and economic success—none of that matters. No one can take this **love** away from you, and it will always be here.” Ram Dassof that matters. No one can take this **love** away from you, and it will always be here.” Ram Dass _\n\n# About \n\n#### _ **Could our ability to live more full and abundant lives come down to how much we love ourselves? ** _\n\nWhen we tune in to how we relate to and treat ourselves we are uncovering the ability to see what’s running our inner story, and creating our outer reality. \n\nLoving yourself isn’t routed in vanity, but rather in your ability to accept and welcome every aspect of what it is to be human. If we are able to shift into a deep mode of self acceptance, perhaps we’ll live in deeper harmony with our external reality, more effortlessly manifesting the live we dream of.\n\nWhen we do not love ourselves in the truest sense of the word, we are missing a fundamental key to living from an empowered place in connection with all that is.\n\n_ **Are you ready to let go of self limiting beliefs and step into a world of limitless possibility and heart felt connection? ** _\n\n# What to Expect?\n\n- Reprogramming patterns of disempowering self talk\n- DMT activating breathwork\n- Exploring the “black heart”\n- Inner child work\n- Affirmations\n\nBy looking into our minds, we’ll work to cultivate stillness and reprogram patterns of disempowering self talk, creating affirmations to rekindle the love, the empowerment and belief in ourselves. We’ll assess the emotions that arise when we consider what loving ourselves means and where these emotions are routed in our lives. By exploring our ability to bring our awareness into our bodies and our hearts, will venture to the depths of the _back heart_, the region responsible for how much we give ourselves. \n\nWe'll work with visualisation, meditation, journaling, and releasing DMT from the pineal gland with somatic breath work to realign our inner world and reconnect us to our hearts. Be taken on a journey to the depths of you and take home with you simple and easily implementable techniques to shift your every day life. \n\n# **Your Facilitator**\n\n### **Laura Reeves**\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/06/01/13/04/26/560933c0-842c-4150-866f-5973033b0446/StudioWolf_HanaWolfPhotography_LauraReeves_Top10_web-10.jpg)\n\nLaura has facilitated with Psychedelic Society since 2017. After a decade of working with shamanic plant medicine, she offers transformational spaces designed to explore the darker parts of our psyche in order to experience deeper love, expansion and liberation. Currently she is studying to be a doctor of the Amazonian Master Plants and lives part time in the Amazon Rainforest with an indigenous maestro. \n\nOver a decade ago, she travelled the Americas working in NGOs focusing on ecological sustainability before discovering the ancient keys to the psyche found in the plants of the rainforest. Experiencing a deeper sense of reality inspired the creation of transformative arts company Infinite Experience, who travelled the world with their interactive theatre piece designed to transcend separateness.
