"description": "# BORN FOR UNCERTAINTY - A FREE EVENT \n\n### Finding Courage, Connection & Aliveness in an Uncertain World\n\n**Thursday, 5 November 2026 | 6–8 PM UK | Online**\n\nHow do we live well, love well and remain fully alive in a world that feels increasingly uncertain?\n\nClimate change. Artificial intelligence. Political instability. Economic insecurity. Social fragmentation. The sense that the world is changing faster than we can make sense of.\n\nPerhaps you've felt it too.\n\nThe anxiety about what might happen next. The overwhelm of too much information. The temptation to withdraw, distract yourself or simply carry on as though nothing is happening.\n\n**But what if we were born for times like these?**\n\nWhat if we have far greater capacities for courage, creativity, resilience and connection than we currently realise?\n\nI invite you to join me for a two-hour experiential gathering exploring how we can meet uncertainty with greater consciousness, courage and aliveness.\n\nTogether, we'll explore five capacities that have become central to my work:\n\n**CONSCIOUSNESS** — How do we navigate fear, become more discerning about our thoughts and the information we consume, and reconnect with our deeper inner guidance?\n\n**CATHARSIS** — How can breathwork, movement and emotional release help us move through fear, grief and overwhelm?\n\n**ECSTASY** — How do we reconnect with joy, pleasure, creativity and the life-force energy that helps us feel fully alive?\n\n**COMMUNICATION** — How can we speak honestly about our fears, listen deeply and bridge differences in an increasingly polarised world?\n\n**COMMUNITY** — How do we support each other, strengthen our practical resilience and build relationships that can sustain us through uncertain times?\n\n### \n\n### What to expect\n\nThis will be a participatory gathering with reflections, embodied practices, breathwork, movement, small-group conversations and opportunities to connect with others.\n\nWe'll explore both inner resilience and practical preparedness, recognising that how we respond to uncertainty matters as much as what we prepare for.\n\nYou don't need to have answers. You don't need to feel optimistic about the future.\n\nJust bring your curiosity, your questions and your willingness to explore.\n\n### \n\n### The beginning of something bigger\n\nThis is the first experiment in what I hope will become a **monthly gathering for navigating uncertainty together**.\n\nA space to make sense of our changing world, strengthen our resilience, share wisdom and support each other in living more consciously and courageously.\n\nBecause whatever the future holds, we don't have to face it alone.\n\n**Thursday, 5 November | 6–8 PM UK**\n\n**Online | Free introductory gathering**\n\nWith love, \nBibi",
