Hearing your own yes and no without needing everyone else’s opinion. Enjoying your body instead of living above it. Being close to people without losing yourself. That’s what becomes possible when you tune into your body’s wisdom. ✨ What’s it all about? Your body has been giving you answers all along: the yes in your belly, the tightness that says no, the quiet pull towards what’s right for you. When you live in your head, those signals get drowned out by overthinking, second-guessing and everyone else’s expectations. I know what it’s like to turn the volume back up. When I first experienced kundalini activation, it quietened my mind and took me deeper into my body. As I practise more, I became more sensitive to my energy, and my body's intuition's began to guide me. This practice is a gift to my nervous system: to surrender, let the body lead without thinking or controlling. This playshop is a warm, playful space to experience that for yourself. 🕉️ Why tantra and kundalini together? Kundalini is the fuel, and tantra is the map. Tantra sees body, breath, emotion, mind and environment as one connected energy field, and kundalini activation lets you feel that for yourself. In our sessions, we start with tantric practices that ground us and prepare the body before activation, so your nervous system is ready for energy to move. If the experience goes deeper into emotion, which can happen, you’ll have the tools to ground or to go further. You’ll also take practices home so you can find your centre whenever you feel scattered. 💫 What you’ll experience • Grounding tantric practices to prepare your body and nervous system • Breath and movement to drop out of your head and into your body • Kundalini activation to wake your energy and move stuck tension or emotions • Space to feel your truth in your body, move and express yourself without judgement • Integrate to bring new bodily wisdom back to everyday living 💛 Is this for you? • You live in your head and feel cut off from your body • You overthink, second-guess or look for others’ opinions before trusting your own • You often give your power away or lose yourself in relationships • You’re navigating a transition in work, love or life and want to hear your inner knowing • You’re curious about tantra, kundalini or embodied relating, and want to experience it with more context, depth and integration 🦋 Leave as the one who… • Is more in tune. You hear your body’s signals, decide clearly and stop second-guessing. • Stays centred. You can be close to people without losing yourself. • Expresses freely. You say what you mean, move how you want and take up your space. • Feels steadier. Your nervous system calms, the noise quietens and life feels simpler. • Has new energy. Stagnant energy turns into creativity for new pursuits. • Feels more pleasure. You feel more aliveness and joy in your body. • Has tools for life. You take home tantric practices to return to your body and centre anytime. • Touches wholeness. Some people experience a softening of the constructed self and a sense of unity. 👗 A clothes-on space No nudity. Come dressed in your truth, your rawness and your energy of the moment. Wear what lets you move and feel like you.
