"description": "# A Winter Spa & Voice Temple\n\n**Little Thorn, near Chagford, Dartmoor** \n**2–8.30pm · Women only**\n\nCome and spend a nourishing afternoon and evening in the beautiful surroundings of Little Thorn, on magical Dartmoor — a space to slow down, warm up, breathe, sing, eat, soak and simply be.\n\nWe’ll begin in Little Thorn’s new **Heart Space** with a gentle vocal workshop, bringing ourselves out of the busyness of everyday life and into the body.\n\nWe’ll slow down, settle and create space to deeply relax before exploring the voice through sound, movement, rhythm and breath. From there, we’ll open into the joy and freedom of co-creative singing and vocal improvisation — listening, responding and discovering what happens when individual voices come together to create something in the moment.\n\nThere’s no need to be a confident singer, and nothing to get right. This is an invitation to listen inwardly, explore your own voice and expression, and experience the connection, vitality and freedom that can emerge when we give ourselves permission to fully express.\n\nThen it’s time to **let go and soak.**\n\nLittle Thorn’s beautiful outdoor spa will be ours for a long, unhurried stretch of the afternoon — with a hot tub, sauna, plunge pool and spaces to rest and relax.\n\nCome and soak in the heat, plunge into the cold, lie back, breathe and chat. There’s no schedule to keep up with and no need to be “doing” anything.\n\nAnd if a song finds its way into the hot tub… even better.\n\nAt 6pm we’ll gather for a delicious supper and cake before returning to the Heart Space for an evening **Voice Temple** — a spacious, immersive journey of voice, rhythm, listening and spontaneous song.\n\nA chance to sing together, be held by the sound of the group and let the day settle into something deeper.\n\n### The afternoon\n\n**2–3.30pm — Vocal Workshop** \nSlow down, come into the body and explore voice, sound, movement, rhythm, breath and improvisation.\n\n**3.30–6pm — Outdoor Spa** \nHot tub · Sauna · Plunge · Relaxation\n\n**6–7pm — Supper + Cake** \nDelicious food, warmth and time to connect.\n\n**7–8.30pm — Voice Temple** \nAn evening of co-created singing, vocal improvisation and deep listening in the Heart Space.\n\nThis is a **women-only gathering** and all levels of singing experience are welcome.\n\nYou don’t need to be able to sing “well”. You just need to be curious and willing to listen.\n\n**Little Thorn** is a beautiful rural venue near Chagford on Dartmoor, with the new Heart Space and outdoor spa surrounded by nature.\n\nCome for the whole journey — from voice, to water, to food, to song.",
