"description": "This monthly Yin and Sound has been created as a safe and nurturing space for women to pause, breathe, and connect with yourself through movement, stillness and breath.\n\nLife can feel busy, overwhelming and full of responsibilities, and this is your opportunity to take some time just for you.\n\nTogether we’ll enjoy gentle grounding into the space, yin yoga floor based practice bringing you into the quiet space within, ending with savasana and a little bit of sound allowing the frequencies to allow you to drift deeper. feel free to come in your pjs!\n\nThere is nothing you need to do, achieve or prepare before coming, except bring two pillows or a bolster and 2 blankets! ;-)\n\nThe intention is to move away from the noise of the outside world and into the quiet space within. \n\nSimply arrive exactly as you are.\n\nLots of Love,\n\nVerity xxx",
