"description": "# ❤️ Listening Hearts\n\n### Share What's on Your Heart\n\n**A free online sharing circle for deep listening, authentic expression and meaningful human connection.**\n\n## A Space to Simply Be Human\n\nIn a world that can often feel busy, overwhelming and disconnected, Listening Hearts offers a gentle space to slow down, reconnect and experience the beauty of genuine human connection.\n\nListening Hearts is a welcoming, heart-led online gathering where we come together to listen, share and connect with one another.\n\nA space where you can simply **show up as you are** , without judgement, expectations or the need to be anything other than yourself.\n\nThrough deep listening, authentic sharing and compassionate presence, we create opportunities to feel truly seen, heard and witnessed.\n\nWhether you're navigating life's challenges, celebrating something meaningful, carrying something on your heart or simply longing for deeper human connection, you're welcome here.\n\n**You don't need to have anything prepared, and there's no pressure to share.** You're equally welcome to simply listen and be present with others.\n\nSometimes, the greatest gift we can offer another person is our undivided attention.\n\nAnd sometimes, all we need is a space where we can be ourselves and know that we're not alone.\n\n## ❤️ What to Expect\n\nOur circles are gently facilitated, creating a welcoming and respectful environment where everyone has the opportunity to share and be heard.\n\nTogether, we'll explore the simple yet powerful practice of listening to one another with openness, curiosity and compassion.\n\nThere's no need to offer advice, fix anything or find the right words.\n\nJust an invitation to be present, listen deeply and connect from the heart.\n\n## 🤝 Circle Agreements & Arrival\n\nAt the beginning of each circle, we'll take time to establish shared agreements that help create a respectful, supportive and trusting environment for everyone.\n\nThese agreements will include **confidentiality** , respecting one another's experiences, listening without judgement and allowing everyone the freedom to share at their own pace.\n\nWe ask everyone to respect the confidentiality of what others share, while recognising that confidentiality within a group relies on the commitment of every participant.\n\n**Please arrive on time.** Once our circle agreements have been established, the circle will be closed to new arrivals.\n\nThis helps us maintain a sense of safety, trust and continuity, allowing everyone to settle into the space without interruption.\n\nThank you for helping us create a space where everyone can feel welcomed, respected and heard.\n\n## 🌿 Our First Open Circle\n\n**Date:** Thursday 22 October 2026 \n**Time:** 19:00–21:30 (UK time) \n**Location:** Online via Zoom \n**Cost:** Free \n**Who can attend:** Everyone is welcome\n\n\\*Please allow a little flexibility at the end of the session. While we aim to finish at 21:30, the circle may occasionally run slightly longer if someone needs additional time or support. You're always free to leave at _21:30, the circle may occasionally run slightly longer if someone needs additional time or support. You're always free to leave at the scheduled finishing time if you need to._\n\nThis is our very first Listening Hearts gathering, and we'd love for you to be part of the beginning of this journey.\n\n**Reserve your free place today.**\n\nYou'll receive information about joining the online circle after registering.\n\n_Come as you are.
