Through the Constellation process, we will address and heal painful imprints from the past in a small and intimate group. \n\nThis powerful method allows participants to gain insights and release emotional burdens, paving the way for personal transformation and a brighter future. Join us for a weekend of personal healing and empowerment.\n\nLed by international facilitator and trainer of the work: Illi Adato, head of London School of Systemic & Family Constellations, this coming Constellations workshop will delve into how our past, family dynamics and early life events, shapes our current reality. \n\n### What are Systemic Constellations?\n\nThe Systemic Constellations method is a unique therapeutic process of exploration of the forces that move us in life. Such forces are often appearing as difficulties or a sense of being ‘stuck’ in life, affecting our behaviour, relationships, career, health/wellbeing, or even financial circumstances. This method provides a three-dimensional ‘map’ of one’s life as it is at present. It is a simple yet powerful way to explore entanglements and blockages in our personal life and our family history. The method brings awareness and clarity into personal challenges by focusing the client on the root cause of such difficulties. Constellations provide an opening for a positive life shift and present ways for deep healing processes to occur.\n\n### What Happens in the Constellation Process?\n\nThe method uses workshop participants as ‘Representatives’ to stand in for key people in the client’s life such as family members, colleagues, partners, ex-partners, etc., sometimes ‘abstract’ concepts such as an emotion, country of origin, religion, or destiny are also represented. All participants are invited to take part as Representatives. Workshop participants often report (see reviews: [https://bit.ly/33Asprs](https://bit.ly/33Asprs)) experiencing profound insights into their own lives by simply witnessing the process, regardless of how they choose to take part.\n\n### Why does this Work?\n\nScientific research shows that the experiences of your ancestors can determine your behaviour today and affect future generations.\\*\\* Recent scientific research into DNA reveals that a component named epigenetics is embedding the effect of a traumatic experience by altering the genetic structure. It means that some of our behaviour patterns can be attributed to traumatic events in our family history. This notion has always been one of the guiding principles of Systemic / Constellations Therapy, a form of work that is dedicated to exposing and dealing with issues emerging from our family system.\n\n \n\n# Your Facilitator \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/01/08/17/09/57/b128a24b-e095-45be-b5ab-eccbc45d7321/3c735092-9faa-4c82-b581-acfcd187140f.jpeg)\n\nIlli is an innovator in the Constellations field, having researched and developed several new techniques for applying Systemic Constellations, including HypnoConstellations™, Distant-Healing Constellations™ and Consciousness-Centred Therapy™. The experience was deeply healing, and transformative even just to watch the constellations. Illi held a safe, non-judgemental, deeply intuitive space, which allowed deep healing happen naturally. - Jia Yu\n\n \n\n> The whole experience was very profound. Despite being incredible nervous, I was put at ease by lovely people around and accommodating and supportive host Illi. As a participant and issue holder I've gained clarity, understandings of \"things\" and how they relate and surprisingly experienced massive revelation in regards to my issue. It was also very educational as Illi managed to explain things. I also had fun and managed to laugh even when felt strong emotions. I believe my healing started already as participant... and continued deeper as issue holder. I am very grateful for the work Illi is doing and I am pretty sure I will be in touch again. - _Alena _\n\n \n\n> _A Truly Transformative Experience I recently had a constellation therapy session and was genuinely surprised by how deeply it resonated with me. The experience helped me gain clarity on emotional patterns I didn’t even realize were affecting me. It was both grounding and eye-opening. The facilitator - Illy held space with such compassion and skill, making me feel completely safe and supported throughout the process. I left the session feeling lighter, more connected, and with a sense of peace that’s hard to describe. If you’re looking for something that goes beyond traditional talking therapy and taps into deeper layers of understanding, I highly recommend giving constellation therapy a try. I’m so grateful for the insight and emotional release it brought me. - Merita _\n\n# Venue \n\n| \n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/10/24/08/04/25/a6836ab5-9878-4bf3-925d-95884afdabac/8f7fa502-3e24-4322-96be-586f1e8ae65c.jpeg)\n | \n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/10/24/08/04/21/238f3700-3ac7-474d-8d44-2cf09ac2c9aa/c874264a-c7b0-4f13-8e28-5909414397ec.jpeg)\n |\n\nUpstairs Room, Violet Hill Studios, Centre for Healing, [6 Violet Hill](https://www.google.com/maps/search/6+Violet+Hill+London+NW8+9EB?entry=gmail&source=g)\n\n# Your Organiser \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2025/01/16/13/10/16/73cceace-698b-4eb2-839f-0fefcc4394b4/Callum & Thalia (5).png)\n_Callum Browne_\n\nCallum is the Marketing & Community Manager for The Psychedelic Society and a life-long learner in the exploration of consciousness and the mystical arts.
