As guides in non-ordinary states of consciousness, we hold a sacred responsibility to create and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for those we serve. \n\nResearch has confirmed that “set and setting” are the key influencing factors for transformational experiences. Psychedelic practitioners hold a unique position at the intersection of these two critical elements. A recent study has identified “Holding Space” as a critical competency for psychedelic practitioners. It’s a subtle but powerful skillset often overlooked in practitioner training. \n\n#### \n\n#### **What does it take to be an anchor in a sea of cosmic consciousness?**\n\nSuccessful psychedelic journeys require that facilitators be possessed of heightened sensitivity and awareness, the ability to offer deep, non-judgemental listening and the capacity for discerning and offering the levels of physical and energetic containment necessary to empower journeyers to hold space for themselves.\n\nMuch of the work of developing these specialized skills begins with the inner journey of the practitioner. The most powerful way of expanding your capacity for holding space is engaging in open, dedicated practice of holding space for others AND yourself.\n\n \n\n#### **Join us for an 8 week intentional exploration of holding space as psychedelic practitioners.**\n\nA small group experience designed to expand awareness, courage and competence in the skills and practice of holding space. This program offers a unique opportunity to explore and hold space for your own values, emotions and growth as well as those of others.
