Dropping into presence. \n \nBreath steady. Heart beating. \n \nA tingle of nervous excitement. \n \n_Eyes opening._ You meet their gaze. \n \nA curiosity, a spark. \n \nYou take a deep breath, \n \ndrop the story in your mind \n \n_- the old pattern you've followed 100 times -_ \n \nand make the smallest, slowest movement of your body \n \nin synchronicity with theirs \n \nto follow each breadcrumb of aliveness \n \ntowards what wants to happen ✨ \n \n\n\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\n\nThis is not your typical movement event. \n \nIt is not a dance. \n \nNor a play fight.\n\nPrimal Play is an embodied, relational movement practice that transcends words and delves into the depths of human interaction - sometimes wild, sometimes tender, completely open and also closed, sometimes loud, sometimes quiet - and every time completely new and different.\n\nA space to witness, to research, to learn from each other and grow together - safe in the knowledge that so much can happen, but nothing has to. \n \n\n\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\n\nPrimal Play encourages a slow, deliberate pace, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the experience one step at a time. It's about embracing vulnerability, authenticity, and the beauty of human connection in its purest form. It’s a non-sexual (but potentially sensual), fully-clothed trauma-informed space held by highly trained, certified group field facilitators.\n\nWe will start with guided warm-up practices, then move into the play, and end with grounded nervous system regulation and integration.\n\nPrimal Play is intended for everyone.\n\nRegardless of sexual orientation or identity, skin colour or age.\n\nSolo, in partnership or other constellations.\n\nYou are warmly welcome.\n\nEach encounter will have its own unique qualities.\n\n\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\* \n \n\n- - - - - - - - - -\n\n**ALL DETAILS**\n\n- - - - - - - - - -\n\n**DATE** : Sunday December 13th\n\n**TIME:** 2pm - 6.30pm\n\nVENUE: Here + Now Centre (formerly Soma H0me) \nStudio 2, 231 Stoke Newington Church St \nLondon N16 9HP\n\n**TICKETS** \n \nLow Income: £44 \nRegular Income: £54 \nSupporter: £60 \n \n**CANCELLATION POLICY**\n\nPlease take a moment to review the cancellation policy. Whether hosting a ceremony, DJing a conscious dance, or improvising in nature, Shylo weaves soundscapes that transcend the ordinary, guiding listeners toward truth, love, and playfulness. Expect an enchanting fusion of ethereal folk, psychedelia, and soulful ambient beats—a transformative experience not to be missed.\n\n🌻 **Sophie Yates** She/They: \n \nSophie is passionate about supporting people to connect with themselves and each other.
