"description": "Join me, Tash the Medical Herbalist for an introduction to the group of herbal medicines we call ‘nervines’. These are herbs that have a relaxing and positive effect on the nervous system, giving a sense of calm or wellbeing. There will be an opportunity to taste some of these plants if you wish, as teas or tinctures. As a Medical Herbalist I work with around 150 different herbs in my dispensary.\n\nEach of the plants has its own unique character and specific applications on a medicinal as well as an emotional or energetic level… sometimes, we discover a plant that is just what we need at this time. Try these plants if you wish and choose the herb that you feel most called to!\n\nYou will sit with or prepare an infusion of your herb of choice, then we will lay down for a sound and vocal journey. This includes some gentle instruments with vocals, medicine music with Latin American folkloric influences. I have offered vocal sound healing since 2017. This time is for you to receive from the plant, the sounds and feel nourished, rebalanced and renewed.\n\nPrevious feedback: _‘I attended the April event and it was such a great experience. Tash is an incredible instructor, her knowledge of plant medicine was so impressive and her passion really comes across, making it really accessible and enjoyable too. Making our own treatments and applying them felt so meditative and therapeutic. The final meditation was particularly moving, I still think about nearly a week later. Such a calming, high-quality event and I’m already planning to go to the next one.’_\n\n_Please book via_ [_https://www.mwhealth.co.uk/a-chill-plant-discover-herbal-n/_](https://www.mwhealth.co.uk/a-chill-plant-discover-herbal-n/) _ £15_",
