To reconnect. To simply BE.**\n\nIn a world that constantly asks us to do more, be more and become more, how often do we give ourselves permission to simply be?\n\nTo slow down. To listen to our hearts. To reconnect with ourselves, with one another and with the Divine?\n\nWelcome to **The Sufi Soul Circle** , a new series of intimate online gatherings rooted in the wisdom of Sufism, universal spirituality and the belief that our journey towards knowing ourselves is deeply intertwined with our journey towards knowing God.\n\nThese circles are an invitation to come together in a compassionate, open and non-judgemental space, where we can explore life's deeper questions, reflect on our experiences and reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within us.\n\nThis is not a religious class, a place to debate beliefs or a space where anyone is expected to have all the answers.\n\nIt is a space for seekers. For curiosity. For connection. For the unfolding journey of being human.\n\n**Whatever your beliefs, background or understanding of God, you are welcome here.**\n\n### Our First Circle: Returning to the Heart ✨\n\nAcross spiritual traditions, the heart has long been understood as more than a physical organ. It is a place of inner knowing, love, awareness and connection with the Divine.\n\nYet, amidst the noise of everyday life, our responsibilities, conditioning and the expectations placed upon us, it can become difficult to hear what our hearts are telling us.\n\nWhat does it mean to return to the heart?\n\nWhat might we discover when we begin to quieten the noise and listen within?\n\nAnd how might reconnecting with ourselves deepen our connection with God, however we understand or experience the Divine?\n\nTogether, we'll gently explore these questions, without the expectation of arriving at any particular answer.\n\n### What to Expect\n\nOur time together will include:\n\n**Spiritual reflections:** Gentle contemplations inspired by Sufi wisdom, universal spiritual teachings and our shared human experience.\n\n**Guided meditation:** An opportunity to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with ourselves and the Divine.\n\n**Journaling and self-inquiry:** Thought-provoking prompts to explore our inner world, emotions, beliefs and experiences.\n\n**Open-hearted conversation:** A supportive space to share, listen and connect with others on their own unique journeys.\n\nThere is no pressure to speak, share or participate in anything that doesn't feel comfortable. You're welcome to simply listen and be present.\n\n### Who is this circle for?💜\n\nFor the seekers, the questioners, the curious souls.\n\nFor those who feel a longing for something deeper.\n\nFor those exploring their relationship with God, questioning what they've been taught, navigating changes in their spiritual beliefs or simply seeking a greater sense of connection, meaning and inner peace.\n\nYou may identify with a particular faith, draw wisdom from many traditions or be finding your own way.\n\n**You do not need to believe as I believe, or as anyone else believes, to belong in this space.**\n\nAll I ask is that we come with open hearts, mutual respect and a willingness to honour one another's journeys.\n\n### Gathering details 🌙\n\n**Wednesday 23rd December 2026**\n\n**7:30–9 pm GMT (UK time)**\n\n**Online via Zoom**\n\nPlease bring a journal, a pen and, if possible, find yourself a quiet, comfortable space.\n\nPlaces will be limited to keep our gathering intimate and allow for meaningful conversation.\n\nThis is the first of a series of standalone Sufi Soul Circles, each exploring a different theme. You are welcome to join whichever gatherings resonate with you, with no ongoing commitment.\n\n### A little about your facilitator\n\nI'm Sabah - human first and the founder of Sufi Soul, a Certified Transpersonal Coach, artist, writer and creative healing practitioner.\n\nMy own spiritual journey has led me to explore God, faith and the human experience beyond the boundaries of religious labels and inherited beliefs, while remaining deeply rooted in my connection with the Divine.\n\nInspired by the wisdom and mysticism of Sufism, I believe that spirituality is not simply something we learn or practise, but something we live, experience and discover within ourselves.\n\nThrough Sufi Soul, my intention is to create spaces where we can explore these experiences openly, compassionately and authentically, without fear of judgement or the pressure to conform.\n\nI don't believe that any one of us has all the answers. But I do believe there is something profoundly beautiful about coming together, sharing our experiences and recognising the Divine thread that connects us all.\n\n**I would love for you to join me for our very first circle.**\n\nWith Light, Love & Peace,\n\nSabah 💜\n\n_This is a facilitated spiritual gathering for reflection and community, rather than a therapy session or substitute for professional mental health support. Participants are asked to respect the privacy and experiences of others._", "endsAt": "2026-12-23T21:00:00Z", "mode": "community.lexicon.calendar.event#virtual", "name": "The Sufi Soul Circle: #1 Returning to the Heart", "startsAt": "2026-12-23T19:30:00Z", "status": "community.lexicon.calendar.event#scheduled", "uris": [ { "$type": "community.lexicon.calendar.event#uri", "name": "The Sufi Soul Circle: #1 Returning to the Heart", "uri": "https://dandelion.events/e/u22vz" } ] }
