"description": "Pilates with small equipment \n\nA fun, easy-to-follow class based around the practice of Pilates — designed to build strength, balance, and mobility using small equipment.\n\nThis class is ideal for anyone wanting to add gentle resistance training without stepping into a gym. Each session blends classic Pilates moves with small props to help you feel stronger, more aligned and energised.\n\nEquipment:\n\nI’ll be offering a Pilates ball and a set of three resistance bands (light, medium, strong) for £10 to buy outright or £3 to hire per class.\n\nYou’re also welcome to bring your own.\n\nIf you’d like to add extra resistance, feel free to bring light weights (or even water bottles!) and a yoga mat to practice on. Please note this class is available to anyone over the age of 18. \n\nPricing:\n\n£10 per drop-in session\n\n£50 for a block of six sessions\n\nEmil flowstrong@outlook.com for more info",
