This is a large group movement session in which we dance through the 5Rhythms movment map. This natural and powerful exploration of embodiment allows us to easily acces the richness of our individual and collective expereince; opening the doors to somatic process and cathartic ecstasy. It's recommended to bring a full water bottle and layers to move in comfortably.\n\n \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/06/08/15/37/39/ed5c9717-7612-488a-89f0-5d3288be3962/timbarnes%20bw.JPG)\n\n#### \n\n#### **Timings:**\n\nCompleting together is always easier when we start together.
