When did you stop singing? When did you stop being enchanted by stories? When did you stop being comforted by the sweet territory of silence?”_ - Gabrielle Roth\n\nSo often our challenges are intersecting: physical health with mental health with community health with creative health. Our world often divides them up and treats them separately but we can't separate our physical pain from our thought loops, or our own troubles from the troubles of the world.\n\nYour wholeness, that steady sense of being that everything else happens _within_, doesn’t come and go. It can feel mysterious and elusive to the mind, because it’s bigger than conceptual thinking. And sometimes we need to get into a more right brain state in order to access it. \n\n**The intention for this event is to discover and uncover the unconditional love and acceptance of our true nature and give it to the parts of us that need to receive it. **\n\nDrawing on parts work, nondual philosophy, meditation, somatic practices and creative expression, we will explore what happens when we begin to meet ourselves from the underlying wholeness that doesn't need to change or fix anything.\n\n_ **★★★★★ \"To say that this group has been a life-changing experience would actually be an understatement. It has given me the most incredible support network, lifeline in hard times, and a sacred connection to others\"** _ - Siobahn\n\n### **What to expect**\n\nThese 2 evenings offer an opportunity to:\n\n- Bring awareness to what's happening in our inner worlds, including the parts of ourselves that may be struggling.\n- Witness and accept ourselves without judgement, advice, or the pressure to change.\n- Discover different ways of relating to our thoughts, feelings and parts through guided meditation and awareness practices.\n- Explore movement, sound and creative expression as ways of accessing and expressing our experience beyond words.\n- Reflect on our true nature and the possibility of living from a deeper sense of wholeness.\n- Experience the power of practising together, through connection, shared enquiry and collective presence.\n\nNo previous experience of meditation, parts work or creative practice is necessary. You are welcome to come as you are, with curiosity and an openness to explore.\n\n**Two evenings, one exploration**\n\nThis event is part of a two-part journey, with each building on the other. However, each is also complete in itself, and you are very welcome to attend either one independently.\n\n### Feedback from previous offerings: \n\n_ **★★★★★ \"Boe is a one in a million facilitator\"** _ - Sophie \n\n_ **★★★★★ \"Being in this group has been a powerful, transformative experience. I’ve always felt in safe hands, in complete trust and able to grow each time\"** _ - Anna\n\n_ **★★★★★ \"I feel blessed beyond words to have found this group. It can be SO hard to find the space to explore and meet one's spiritual needs in modern every day life, and what has been grown here is exceptional and unique. I have deep gratitude to Boe for providing this much needed and very rare space”** _ Bel\n\n_ **★★★★★ \"To say that this group has been a life-changing experience would actually be an understatement. It has given me the most incredible support network, lifeline in hard times, and a sacred connection to others\"** _ - Siobahn\n\n_ **★★★★★ \"This circle has single-handedly saved me from depression, by giving me life long tools. It has deeply empowered me, meaning I can overcome insecurity and fear in order to help others and make a positive impact on this planet. I have come from being lost, insecure and afraid, to feeling open to the world and excited by its possibilities\" ** _- Lucy\n\n_ **★★★★★ “It's hard to pry apart all of the incredibly positive ways this experience has affected my life. It's given me tools, and I feel firmly on a journey inwards which is broadening and opening up my outward perspectives. I think this has been the best thing I've ever done” -** _ Phoebe\n\n_ **★★★★★ “Attending Boe's group has enabled me to find my spiritual core. It has changed my relationship with myself and with the world, and enabled me to live from a more authentic and loving place.\"** _ Millie\n\n#### \n\n### Boe Huntress\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/10/30/14/32/06/3beb6e44-5199-4e5e-a10c-17c6b7f3ae40/98d6ad52-08e2-4884-8473-e1faf1837f47.jpeg)\n\nBoe is the Founder and Director of The Wholebeing Clinic and creator of The Wholebeing Method.
